Casual Breakfast Attendant - ResortQuest Whistler by Wyndham Vac
**Position Overview**





Reporting to the Breakfast Supervisor, the Breakfast Attendant set up breakfast station, prepares breakfast food and beverage items, replenishes food and beverage items during breakfast operation, clean and ready breakfast station for following day.





**Responsibilities:**



Clean and prepare food items



Prepare beverage items



Portion, assemble, and wap foor or place it directly on plates for service to gusets



Use equipment to prepare hot item such as coffee or oatmeal



Service and assist guests at buffet tables



Stock refrigerators and buffet tables



Wash work tables, cupboards, and appliance



Remove trash and clean kitchen garbage containers



Unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, cupboards, and other storage aeras



Sweep and mop floors, and perform other duties to assist cook and kitchen staff



Clear and clean tables and trays in eating areas



Bring clean dishes, flatware, and other items to buffet area



Replenish condiments and other supplies at buffet tables



Remove dishes from seating areas during and after breakfast



Remove dirty dishes from housekeeping storage rooms



Perform other duties such as scraping and stacking dishes, carrying linen to and from laundry area and running errands



Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans using dishwasher or by hand



Place dishes in storage area



Scour pots and pans and clean/polish silverware




**Qualifications:**




+ Strong guest service skills, a passion for hospitality and a positive and friendly attitude.

+ Cool headed thinker able to remain calm in stressful situations.

+ Ability to multi task and work in fast paced environment.

+ Must be available to work early mornings including weekends, evenings and holidays.

+ Previous food and beverage experience preferred, but not necessary.

+ Must be fluent in spoken and written English, additional languages are an asset.
