The right candidate will Be the voice of the customer, hold stakeholders accountable to that voice, lead teams to deliver on high priority projects with actionable recommendations, and mentor experienced managers and team members on consumer research methods, communications, problem solving and design thinking.


Conduct primary and secondary research; Gather and analyze data; Synthesize conclusions and develop recommendations; Present conclusions Frame, plan and manage projects from inception to completion

Facilitate and brainstorm fresh ideas and insights

Teach, coach and mentor business partners

Facilitate multidisciplinary teams and external agencies (learning/ideation programs, work processes and capability building events)

Desired Experience

7+ years experience in design, customer, consumer and/or products research as a foundation

Experience across innovation stages (front-end, launch, market support)

Exposure to various types of innovation strategies (product, brand, commercial, etc...)

Excellent end to end generalist problem solving skills and ability to prioritze issues and analyze

Exposure to consumer insight development and design principles

Comfortable holding subordinates, peers and executives accountable

Travel required
