**An Exciting career opportunity is available in our dynamic team-spirited environment. We are currently seeking four (4) highly motivated Supervisors** to work in the Wyndham Hotels and Resorts Department. This department provides reservation services on behalf of our 21 different Hotel Brands in more than 80 countries. We offer 24/7 service in 7 languages when receiving and responding to calls from our customers through our 1-800 service or directly from our hotel properties.





As our Supervisor, your leadership skills will include your ability to motivate your team members to meet their performance and sales goals through active mentoring, coaching and development. You will ensure quality and consistent Count On Me! service to our customers and franchisees. As a member of our leadership team, you will be responsible to uphold the Business Principles at all times in support of a positive work environment.


**Your background includes:**




+ Two to three years of work experience in a supervisory or leadership role



**Assets in your background are:**




+ Post-secondary education in business and/or the hospitality industry

+ Previous work experience in the hospitality industry



**You have the proven ability to:**




+ Contribute to a positive experience for our customers and work environment by demonstrating our Count On Me! Service promise

+ Drive results in a sales and customer service environment through effective coaching and development of your teams

+ Communicate effectively including leading and managing change

+ Identify and analyze information and situations to provide effective solutions

+ Take initiative, use solid judgment and make decisions in a proactive manner

+ Work effectively in a fast pace environment with changing priorities while maintaining timelines

+ Effectively utilize computer software such as the Microsoft Office Suite and Internet applications
