**Waldorf University** is a private comprehensive, liberal arts University located in Forest City, Iowa. Waldorf University is searching for a **Vice President of Residential Enrollment Management**. This position will report to the President and will be a key member of the University's executive management team, which consists of five other members. In this role, the Vice President will assist the President and members of the executive management team in setting the tone of the university and meeting the organizational objectives for institutional values, growth, and reputation.
The VPREM is responsible for the leadership and oversight of the University's residential enrollment management division. This includes designing, implementing, and continuously evaluating and improving (1) strategic marketing, (2) outreach and recruiting for academic and co-curricular programs, fine arts, and athletics, (3) admissions goals and processes, and (4) financial aid management. The VPREM must foster an environment that is collaborative, and outcomes focused.
**Primary Responsibilities/Duties**
* Providing leadership in the development and implementation of enrollment strategy for the university.
* Directing and coordinating outreach, admissions, marketing, and financial aid to develop a comprehensive strategy to increase residential enrollment.
* Establishing and implementing short and long-range goals, objectives, strategic plans, policies, and operating procedures.
* Build robust outreach and recruiting competencies to drive campus enrollment.
* Articulating a student enrollment vision along with outreach and recruiting strategy that is consistent with the University's mission, values, and long term initiatives.
* Collaborating with executive leadership, program directors, and department heads to ensure that data reporting mechanisms are in place; developing, managing, and measuring strategic marketing and communication initiatives; and providing ongoing data to inform decisions and maintain appropriate levels of transparency.
* Providing dynamic leadership - motivating and managing the creativity, effectiveness, and performance of the university enrollment management team, including internal staff and external constituencies.
* Strategizing, implementing, and managing, marketing and communication activities that support lead generation.
* Collaborating on student retention efforts to maximize ongoing student enrollment and facilitate timely degree completion.
* Serving as an exemplary University advocate within the community, business, and corporate partnerships.
* Demonstrating the highest level of ethical, personal, and professional standards.
**Educational and Experiential Qualification/Requirements**
* Master's degree in higher education administration, research, or related field;
* At least 10 years of progressive, relevant experience;
* Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing strategic marketing and enrollment management strategies with demonstrated return on investment;
* Strong leadership abilities allowing the individual to effectively lead and motivate other professionals, including direct reports, peers, collaborative associates, and internal clients;
* Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and manage enrollment professionals and teams;
* Familiarity with admissions and/or financial aid software.
